Article 1 Name

This club is named the JAL Global Club ("the Club")

Article 2 Purpose

The Club is a member association with the purpose of providing special services to travelers who frequently fly on JAL Group airlines. At the same time, this association aims to promote mutual friendship and networking among members.

Article 3 Secretariat

The secretariat office is the local Japan Airlines office.

Article 4 Admission

An individual who meets eligibility for membership in Article 5 below shall be admitted to the Club. An individual shall agree to the purpose and the membership rules of this Club upon enrollment. Moreover, this individual must have applied for membership and have been accepted as qualified for membership by Japan Airlines.

Article 5 Eligibility

To qualify for the Club membership, over a designated period of time, an individual must accrue a minimum number of eligible miles or fly a specific minimum number of flights and must accrue a minimum number of eligible miles that Japan Airlines International establishes as a qualification for membership. Moreover, an individual who qualifies for membership must agree to the deduction of 5,000 miles from his/her JMB account in order to register.
JMB members who are employed by airlines or their related companies are not admitted to JGC.

Article 6 Membership Renewal

The renewal of Club membership is granted in exchange for 2,000 miles to be deducted from the member's JMB account.
Japan Airlines retains the right to withdraw membership from any Club member at any time if Japan Airlines discovers a member to have committed any violations as described in Article 8.2 and 8.3 below.

Article 7 Issuance and Use of Membership Card

• 1. The Club shall issue a JAL Global Club card ("the Card") to members upon request.
• 2. The Card is only for use by the member whose name is embossed on the Card.
• 3. The Card validity shall be designated by Japan Airlines International and embossed on the Card.
• 4. The Card shall be renewed if Japan Airlines continues to approve the membership of the individual member.

Article 8 Cancellation of Membership

A member will forfeit membership and agree to immediately return the Card issued in accordance with Article 7 to the secretariat if any of the following conditions applies.

• 1. The member desires membership withdrawal.
• 2. The member violates the Rules, "JMB Rules and Conditions" and "Terms and Conditions of JALCARD Membership".
• 3. Japan Airlines determines improper use of the Card.

Article 9 Changes to Membership Data

A member shall inform Japan Airlines or the JAL Mileage Bank Center of any changes to the member's address or other pertinent membership data.

Article 10 General Conditions

"JMB Rules and Conditions" and "Terms and Conditions of JALCARD Membership" constitute the Rules.
