JAL Celebrates Japan Milestone of One Million U.S. Visitors
Offers Special Discounted Fares to Promote Further Tourism

El Segundo, CA January 25, 2016: Japan Airlines (JAL) has announced that in celebration of the number of U.S. visitors to Japan in 2015 exceeding more than one million people, the airline has collaborated with the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and will offer limited-time discounted web fares from the U.S. to help further increase the number of visitors to the country in the new year. In addition to this fare discount offer, U.S. international travelers to Japan can also take advantage of the new JAL Japan Explorer Pass Fare, which the airline introduced to the public in December 2015. By taking advantage of JAL’s vast domestic network, customers can easily fly to destinations throughout Japan using a simple flat per-segment rate, while enjoying the airline’s world-renowned hospitality.

As the first international leading airline in Japan, JAL will continue to support and create new opportunities to increase tourism and to help make Japan the most favorite destination for visitors around the world.
