日本航空连续四年荣获APEX颁发的 “WORLD CLASS”认证

日本航空凭借可持续发展的高目标设定和具体措施、洁净卫生的客舱、提供注重健康的机上餐饮选择、客舱乘务员的高品质专业服务，而被认证为WORLD CLASS航空公司。

此外，在WORLD CLASS航空公司评选中，凭借在“安全安心和乘客满意度“方面做出的努力，连续两年荣获“Best-in-Class in Safety and Well-Being”认证。

今年，新设立了名为“WORLD CLASS LOUNGE”的机场休息室奖项，位于羽田机场和成田机场的JAL国际线头等舱休息室更获评为 「WORLD CLASS LOUNG」。

什么是APEX的WORLD CLASS奖？

经过新冠疫情，对于可持续发展、安全安心和健康方面的关注不断提升，“WORLD CLASS”是APEX运营委员会严选认定的新时代下航空公司的评定标准，其以“可持续发展”、“安全安心和健康”、“服务品质”这三个方面为主轴，通过严格的外部审查，结合乘客评价，进行综合分析。目前，全球仅有10家*航空共公司获得“WORLD CLASS”认证，其中包括日本航空。
