Terms of Use

This service is only available for registered companies. Please make an application if you wish to make use of this company discount program.

Purchasing

  • For customers who have already registered, please access the JAL Business on WEB page and make a reservation using the "Find Flights and Book" button.
    If you make a reservation using a method other than JAL Business on WEB, any available discount will not apply.
    * Discounts may not be available on certain flights, fares or flight dates.
  • For passengers who use Alipay or Unionpay to purchase tickets, please contact us if you wish to change your tickets (this process may charge some service fees). Thank you for your understanding.

The Company ID and Customer Number are exclusive to your registered company. Only staff of the registered company are eligible to make use of this service.
All users are required to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

  • *Users who registered this program before 2024/3/31 could still purchase discounted tickets. There is no necessary to register a new account.
    Customer Number has been updated automatically, please log in to "Account Management" for confirmation.
