Required Mileage

USD 200 (A set of 4 coupons will be issued and each coupon is equivalent to USD 50.)

  • *Other conditions regarding mileage redemption will conform to JMB Rules and Conditions.

Validity

The award coupons will be valid till the last day of the 6th month following the month in which the award is issued.
Expired Coupons are not accepted.

How to Request and Use Awards

STEP1Request an award

Check the number of miles in your account.
Miles will be deducted based on the information provided in your request.

  • *The JMB Center will contact you by phone if the required miles cannot be deducted from your account.

JMB Travel Coupon Asia AWARD can be requested only through the JAL website. Requests over the phone are not available.
Once miles are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.

STEP2Use your award

The award coupons will be delivered to your JMB registered address.
Please note that it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your coupons once you have requested them.
Depending on postal circumstances in your region, it may take 3 or more weeks for your travel Coupons to arrive.
