  • All services for International Flight - booking, purchase, manage booking/view my reservation, changes, cancellations, Online Check-in service
  • All services for Japan Domestic Award Tickets, International Award Tickets and Upgrade Awards - booking, manage booking/view my reservation, changes, cancellations.
  • Email and SMS (short message) notifications of time changes, flight cancellations, etc.
    Emails that could not be delivered during the service suspension will be delivered with a delay after the service is resumed.

All customer services at the Customer Contact Center or travel agents

  • Flight booking, ticketing, changes and cancellations.
