Registration of emergency contact for flights departing from the U.S.

Thank you for flying with Japan Airlines.

In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations of February 1998 (CFR14#243.7), customers on JAL operating flights departing to or from U.S. can register the name and contact details of a person to be contacted in the event of an emergency situation.
Please print and fill in the Emergency Contact Information Sheet. It will be collected at the departure airport.
