PINK RIBBON Charity Mile
The JAL Group has participated in the Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Campaign since 2004. Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers diagnosed in women, but it is also known that when diagnosed and treated at an early stage, the possibility of being cured increases. Monthly self-examination and annual examination by a physician is recommended.
October which is set to be the "Breast Cancer Awareness Month", the JAL Group has supported the Pink Ribbon activities every year through operating the "Pink Ribbon Flight" where all the cabin attendants on this flight wear pink scarfs to focus attention on breast health, and through special inflight sales of Pink Ribbon collaborated items on JAL Group domestic routes.
We ask for support through Charity Mile, to JMB members who agree to the intent of the Pink Ribbon Campaign to support spreading breast cancer awareness and Breast Cancer research.

JBCRG (Japan Breast Cancer Research Group)" is a non-profitable organization established in 2007, which plans and manages investigator-initiated clinical trials and treatments for breast cancer. For the sake of breast cancer patients and the society, JBCRG is developing more effective treatments with fewer side effects, and is conducting researches so as to be able to suggest a wider range of options to patients, with breast cancer specialists throughout Japan.
