How to Request and Use Awards

STEP1Request an award

Check the number of miles in your account.
Miles will be deducted based on the information provided in your request.

  • *The JMB Center will contact you by phone if the required miles cannot be deducted from your account.

AEON Gift Certificate can be requested only through the JAL website. Requests over the phone are not available.
Once miles are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.
Redemption limit is 10,000 miles per JMB account for AEON Gift Certificate.

STEP2Use your award

Coupons will be sent to JMB member's registered address by courier around 2 weeks after accepting application,
Please present the coupon at checkout.

  • *This Certificate is honoured only at AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited ("the Company").
  • *This Certificate is exchangeable for goods or services to the amount of face value hereof only and is not exchangeable for cash / AEON Gift Certificate and no change will be given.
  • *This Certificate is valid for 12 months from date of issue and is good for one single use only.
  • *The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage of this Certificate.
  • *This Certificate shall become invalid if it is found damaged or defaced.
  • *This Certificate is not valid unless it is stamped with the Company's chop.

Changes to AEON Gift Certificates

Once deducted, miles cannot be refunded to the original JMB account.

Once miles are redeemed for awards, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.

  • *AEON Gift Certificates are not eligible for the Mileage Reinstatement Service for Unused Awards.
