CENTRAL GROUP Gift Voucher can be requested only through the JAL website. Requests over the phone are not available.
Once miles are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.

STEP2Use your award

Coupons will be sent to JMB member's registered address. It will take around 2 weeks to delivery addresses within Thailand, and around 3 weeks to outside Thailand.
