SouthLinks Country Club Batam is a joint venture project of Salim Group (Indonesia), SembCorp Parks Management (Singapore) and Japans’ Sumitomo Rubber; Sumitomo Electric; Obayashi Corporation. SouthLinks is 45 minutes ferry ride from Harbour Front, Singapore. It is an 18 holes championship golf course originally designed by Mr. Hisamitsu Ohnishi in 1995 characterized by the natural mangrove in its surrounding.
