About Indian Goods and Services Tax

Indian Goods and Services Tax (K3) tax will be refunded provided the ticket refund request is made within the cut off dates for the financial year as per Section 34 of GST Act of India.

Financial year is on/after April 1 of a given year to on/before March 31 of the following year. Refund cut off will be October 31  of the same year as the end of the Financial Year in March. This is applicable for involuntary refunds cases as well.

Example:
For tickets and documents issued during the financial year April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024, K3 tax refund will be allowed till October 31, 2024.
