A codeshare flight refers to the joint operation of two or more airlines.
JAL Codeshare with JAL flight numbers operated by partner airlines
JAL Codeshare flights operated by partner airlines ("JL"+4 digits numbers) are operated by the aircraft and crew of the partner airlines.
You can check the flight status of codeshare flights from the following.

Codeshare flights under other airline's flight numbers (airline code other than "JL"+4 digits numbers) are operated by the aircraft and crew of JAL.
For inquiries such as in case of any changes to your reservation, please contact the airline or travel agent where you booked or purchased.

Services at the airport and inflight
Operating carrier of codeshare flight will provide services of both airport and inflight.
Operating carrier's policy applies for counter hours, lounge service, inflight sevice, acceptance of infants and children, and disruption handling etc.
Conditions for baggage check in and free baggage allowance depend on the codeshare carrier. Please check at the time of reservation or with the operating carrier for details.
Check-in counter
Depending on the flight, check-in may be handled at the operating carrier counter.

Mileage accumulation for codeshare flights
Mileage accumulation for non-JMB partner codeshare flights.
For codeshare flights operated by non-JMB partner airlines, flights booked and flown using JAL flight numbers are eligible for mileage accumulation.
