Snow conditions
Furano is Japan’s hidden gem for winter sports, offering less crowded slopes and exceptional powder. Unlike popular destinations like Niseko, Furano Ski Resort receives an average of two meters of snowfall each season, often resulting in knee-deep snow. Despite heavy snowfall, clear skies and good visibility are common.

Furano Ski Resort offers 11 high-speed lifts, two connected peaks, and an 840-meter vertical drop. Enjoy diverse ski runs and clear visibility. After skiing, unwind at the luxurious Furano Prince Hotel, providing top-notch amenities. Night skiing is available on both sides, with efficient access via the Kitanomine gondola and lifts.

1) Campaign applicable contents: Ski and snowboard equipment are exempted from 1PC of excess baggage charge (Fee for Exceeding Free Baggage PC).
For Ski・Snowboard equipment excess size charge will also be exempted from the excess baggage charge (Fee for Exceeding Baggage Size).
2) Maximum size and weight:
Size: Length+ Height+ Width=Total less than 203cm
Weight: F/C 1PC 32kg ,Y/PY 1PC 23kg
3) 1 PC of excess baggage and the excess size charge (Fee for Exceeding Baggage Size) shall be exempted.
* If the baggage exceeds the weight of the free allowance, excess weight charge is applied.
* Up to 2 sets of ski and snowboard are accepted as this campaign.
4) Ski Boots and Snowboard Boots shall not be counted as checked baggage if the following conditions are met. (not subject to overage charges)
Conditions: If ski or snowboard and only a pair of boots are in the same bag. Maximum of two pairs of boots can be in the same bag.
* Below cases will be counted as a baggage.
- Contains other items beside boots or is designed to contain other items than boots
- Not carried with ski or snowboard
5) Integrated baggage (All-In-One Bag) with ski, snowboard, and boots is exempt from 1 PC of excess baggage and the excess size charge (Fee for Exceeding Free Baggage Size).
* If the baggage exceeds the weight of the free allowance, excess weight charge is applied.
* Up to 2 sets of ski and snowboard per 1 case are handled as the campaign equipment.
6) Be sure to have the Limited Release signed and placed on the Baggage TAG. Make sure that ski and snowboard are well protected.
