The certificate can be used for the following services:

Required Mileage
15,000 miles
JMB Limousine Service Certificates, valued at US$100 (4 US$25 Certificates)
- *No change in either cash or mileage will be given if the value of the service is less than the face value of the certificates. If the value of the service exceeds the face value of the certificates, you must pay the difference.
Validity
The certificate is valid for six (6) months from the date the miles are deducted (the date the certificate is issued).
How to Request and Use Awards

Check the number of miles in your account.
Miles will be deducted based on the information provided in your request.
- *The JMB Center will contact you by phone if the required miles cannot be deducted from your account.

To use your Limousine Service Certificate, please contact the limousine company and make your reservation after the certificate is delivered.

- *Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before your desired pick-up time.
Please mention that you will be using JMB Limousine Service Certificates. - *Fares, service areas and conditions of use stipulated by the limousine company shall apply. Please confirm before you make reservations.
Changes to Limousine Service Certificate Award
Once deducted, miles cannot be refunded to the original JMB account.
Once miles are redeemed for awards, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.
- *Limousine Service Certificate Award are not eligible for the Mileage Reinstatement Service for Unused Awards.
