It is not necessary to complete a customs declaration form if you have no items to declare. Please proceed to the green tax exempt counter.

Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Check-in opens from 2 hours 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure time.

*According to airline and airport authority regulations, it is not permitted to take carry-on baggage onto the aircraft that exceeds the specified maximum size**. The dimensions of your carry-on baggage will be checked prior to Immigration (near the airport tax payment station), and if it is found to exceed the maximum dimensions, you will need to return to the check-in counter to check in again.

** You are allowed one item of carry-on baggage, in addition to personal items (handbags, cameras, etc.), and the sum of its three sides (length, width, height) must not exceed 115cm.

Please show your passport and boarding pass. Your passport will be stamped with a departure stamp.
