  • Email and SMS (short message) notifications of time changes, flight cancellations, seat change etc.
  • Email of Waitlist reply
  • Email, SMS (short message) notifications of Check-in announcements
  • Notification of Flight information
  • E-ticket receipt email and EMD receipt email
  • Receipt of either Home Print Boarding Pass and Mobile Boarding Pass (Including adding to Wallet)
    Delivery will not be permitted while service is suspended.

JAL App

  • Notifications of Check-in announcements
    Delivery will not be permitted while service is suspended.
  • Display Mobile Boarding Pass

JAL Website

  • Display e-ticket receipt
  • Display and storage to Wallet of either Home Print Boarding Pass and Mobile Boarding Pass

JAL Website, JAL App, JAL Mileage Bank App, JAL Card App

  • JAL Mileage Bank and JAL Card Member Login (Member authentication, password reset, membership information change, award exchange, booking confirmation etc)
  • Processing of new JAL Mileage Bank members' admission
