There are three types of Shareholder's Saver Fares: Economy Class, Class J, and First Class. (Child Fares are also available.)

This fare type is available to JAL Shareholders Discount Coupon holders.
Coupons are good for Shareholder's Saver Fares/Child Fares for one-way travel on a single flight for a single traveler.

• *At the time of purchase, the "Ticketing Code" or "Ticketing Barcode" of the valid JAL Shareholders Discount Coupon is required.
• *Please see below for the expected date of sending Shareholders Discount Coupon.

• *Each flight has a limited number of seats available.

From 9:30 am, up to 330 days before the departure date.

• *At the time of purchase,Please present a valid Shareholders Discount Coupon on the boarding date.

Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue and the day after the date of issue, or the period of validity shown on the Shareholder Discount Coupon, whichever is shorter.
Reserved tickets are valid only for the specified reserved flight. Please change or cancel your reservation prior to departure time if you do not plan to board the reserved flight. (Tickets not changed or canceled by departure time cannot be used to fly.)

Tickets must be purchased within three days of reservation.

• * If the date of reservation is within two days of the date of travel, tickets must be purchased by the date of travel. (They can be purchased at the airport.)

Ticket purchase deadline

Reservation changes are permitted.

• * Travelers and routes may not be changed, nor may routes be reversed.
• * Please ensure changes are made at least 20 minutes prior to the reserved flight's departure.
• * If a change in reservation causes the fare to increase over the original fare, the fare difference must be paid.
• * Flight reservations cannot be changed after the JAL Shareholders Discount Coupon's expiration date.

A charge will be applied for changes to Class J or First Class at the departure airport on the date of travel.

Same-day upgrade

Travelers to/from Tokyo (Haneda/Narita), Osaka (Itami/Kansai/Kobe), and Fukuoka (Fukuoka/Kitakyushu) may choose either airport as their point of departure/arrival.

Changing departure/arrival airport

Cancellations must be made at least 20 minutes prior to the departure time of the reserved flight.
The deadline to receive a refund is 10 days from the day after the ticket expires.

Refund and Cancellation Charges

• *If a refund is requested and the JAL Shareholders Discount Coupon has not yet expired, JAL will either issue a replacement coupon or provide a code that can be used to issue a replacement.

Economy: Available for reservation
Class J: Available for reservation and same-day upgrade
First Class: Available for reservation and same-day upgrade

Shareholder's Saver Fare: 75%
Class J Shareholder's Saver Fare: 85%
First Class Shareholder's Saver Fare: 125%

• It cannot be used in conjunction with other discounted fares.
• Tickets purchased with other fares cannot be changed to this fare type.
• Not applicable to standby tickets.
