Discounts are available for Child, Customer with Disabilities, and Care Giver.
Booking changes and cancellations are subject to the rules for the base fare.
Multiple types of discounts cannot be booked at the same time. If you wish to book different discount types for different segments, please make separate bookings for each segment.
Child
This service is available for children 3 to 11 years old.

Flex, Saver, Special Saver, Round Trip Saver, Promotion, Shareholder's Flex, Specific Route Flex

Customer with Disabilities
This fare type is available to customers who has the following certificate or handbook, and one caregiver traveling on the same flight.
・Physical disability certificate
・War disabled person's identification booklet
・Medical rehabilitation handbook
・Mental disability certificate
Care givers are eligible for this discount if the certificate holder is a child (3 to 11 years old), even if the child is using a different fare.
Care givers are not eligible for this discount if the certificate holder is an infant (less than 3 years old) who is not occupying a seat.
When purchasing tickets and boarding, please present either the certificate required for the discount or a JALCARD or JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) card with the required personal information. If no certificate or card is presented, the discount will not be applied.

Care Giver
This fare type is available only to the following family members of customers aged 12 and older who are certified as requiring care or support: spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, spouses of spouses' siblings, and parents of children's spouses.
It may only be used on a single route to/from the closest airport to the travelers' residence (for connecting flights, all JAL Group flights are eligible).
- If you purchase a via flight, refunds will not be given for some sectors.
- This fare type is not available on codeshare flights operated by Oriental Air Bridge (ORC).
A JMB card or JALCARD with the Care Giver's Saver Fare user's personal information registered is required for ticket purchases and check-in.
