Notice for All passengers travelling to/from the Philippines
Thank you for flying with Japan Airlines.
The Philippine government has announced that effective from April 15, 2023, registration for eTravel will be mandatory.
Please register before depart to/from the Philippines.
Immigration card and custom declaration form have been discontinued.
eTravel
- Please visit the website of eGovPH/eTravel for the PH entry requirements (Immigration and Customs). Please NOTE that you have to create your own account and that the registration fee is FREE.
- Passengers with official/diplomatic passports and 9e visa holders are exempted.
- Eligible nationalities differ for departure to and departure from the Philippines.

- Available time for Registration.

Registration available 72 hours prior to departure time of the flight.
When registering, please select "ARRIVAL Entering the Philippines".
- After completing the initial information of the eTravel online entry requirement, an initial 2D barcode will be created. You may be asked to present it.

Registration available 72 hours prior to departure time of the flight.
It is highly reccomended to register at least 3 hours prior to the departure time.
When registering, please select "DEPARTURE Leaving the Philippines".
- It will take about 5 minutes for the registration process. Please complete the registration process before you arrive in the Philippines.
Please save a screenshot of your 2D barcode or print a copy to bring with you, so that you can present it without being affected by network conditions.
