This is a service that allows you to pre-order inflight shopping items before boarding.

- Hawaii - Honolulu, Kona
- Oceania - Sydney, Melbourne
- Asia - Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Delhi, Bengaluru
- Doha - Doha
- Code-share flights (When boarding a JAL-operated flight under another airline's flight number, or boarding another airline's flight under a JAL flight number) are not eligible.

- Also, all items available through the Pre-booking Service are subject to change without notice.
How to Use the Service
STEP1
Please reserve and purchase a flight ticket in advance

Advance reservations for inflight sales
Until 72 hours before boarding
Pre-order on the Web: Up to 10 items can be applied for.
STEP3
Payment and receipt of reserved items on-board
On the day of departure
Please inform a cabin attendant of your order after boarding.
Application process
Please reserve and purchase a flight ticket in advance.
STEP1
Go to the Service menu on the reservation confirmation page and press Inflight Duty Free Pre-order
STEP2
Select your preferred flight from those available and proceed to the product pre-order page
- The same procedure also applies if you would like to check/cancel an exiting pre-order or add/change the items within it.
You can place an order by pressing the button below.
- Go to the Flight Reservation Confirmation Screen (reservation details screen)
Important notes
- When changing or upgrading your reserved flight, a new application is necessary.
Even if you change your flight reservation, the pre-order service will not automatically update. We kindly ask you to cancel your pre-order before making any changes to your reservation, and then reapply for the pre-order service after you have changed your reservation.
- This applies even if the change of the reserved flight is due to reasons other than the customer's convenience.
- However, please note that the availability of the same product may change and it may not be possible to apply for it again due to stock availability.
- Due to tax laws on duty-free items, please understand that sales cannot be made after the flight if they cannot be sold on board.
- There is a limited quantity available. We ask for your understanding if an item is out of stock. Also, the products available may change without notice.
- Due to limited space on board, there is a limit to the number of reservations that can be made.
- As drinking and smoking is against the law for persons under 20 years of age, the reservation and purchase of alcohol and tobacco products by persons under 20 years of age is not permitted.
