How to Use the Inflight shopping pre-order Service

By selecting the "product name" of the item you desire, you can view the product detail page.
Please select the item you desire and press the [Add] button.

Please select the quantity of the product and the passenger, then press the [Add] button.

Please confirm the details of your desired order.
Please enter your email address and press the [Proceed to confirmation page] button.

Confirm the details of the flight for which you have placed your order, the products included in your order, and your email address.
If you are happy with those details, press [Apply] button.

Your pre-order will have been successfully placed when you reach this screen.
You will then receive an email with details about your order.

If you would like to change the order details, please select the [Confirm/Change] button in the "List of pre-ordered items" section.

If you would like to change the quantity, please select the desired number of items.
If you would like to add different products, please press the [Add Product Reservation] button.

Confirm the details of the flight for which you have placed your order, the products included in your order, and your email address.
If you are happy with those details, press [Apply] button.

Your reservation change has been completed. The details of your application will be sent to you via email.
