Domestic Flight
There are Tokyo monorail and Keihin Kyuko line on the basement floor. The first floor is the arrival area, the second floor is the departure area. South Wing departs to China, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa, North Wing departs to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Hokuriku, Tokai and Kinki regions. There is an observation deck on the rooftop floor, and you can move by elevator from basement 1 floor to rooftop floor.

Departure

Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to the departure, and be at the gate no later than 10 minutes before the departure,or you may not be able to be on board the plane.

In South Wing (departures for Chugoku/Shikoku/Kyushu/Okinawa areas) boarding area on the 2nd floor, there are Group Check-in Counter, a baggage counter, JAL Global Club (JGC) Counter, an entrance exclusive for JAL First Class, ticket counters, toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), elevators (wheelchair accessible), stairs/escalators from 1st basement level, and and stairs/escalators to the 3rd floor. Once you pass the security check (Touch & Go) and security check performed, there are toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), elevators (wheelchair accessible), and stairs/escalators to 1st floor bus departure lounge 80~90. You can find buses outside the 2nd floor. On ther 1st floor, there are toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), elevators (wheelchair accessible), stairs/escalators to 1st basement level (for Monorail and Keikyu Line), and a lounge for bus departures. You can find taxis and buses outside the 1st floor.
In North Wing (departures for Hokkaido/Tohoku/HOkuriku/Tokai/Kinki areas)

    Baggage can be handled as a through check to the final destination.
