[Notice：End of Information Display on Large Monitors and Installation of New Monitors]
As of April 1, 2025, we will end the display of departure flight information on the large monitors located above the JAL check-in counters on the 3rd floor. Instead, we will continue to provide departure flight information on the newly installed monitors at two locations in front of the self-check-in machines. We kindly ask for the understanding of our passengers regarding this change. Thank you for your cooperation.

Self baggage drop area and check-in counters are very crowded during 10:30 - 12:00. Please come to the airport in plenty of time.

・About security checkpoint
Security checkpoint is very crowded at 10:30 - 12:00.
It may take more than 30 minutes to pass the security check, so please proceed to security checkpoint as soon as possible after check-in.

Check-in for Jetstar Japan (GK) codeshare flight is available at GK check-in counter from 2hours before the departure and closed at 30 minutes before departure.

Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to the departure, and be at the gate no later than 10 minutes before the departure, or you may not be able to be on board the plane.
