Lost Your Ticket?
If you lost your domestic flight ticket, you will be required to submit a Lost Ticket Report.
You can obtain it from the travel agent where you bought the ticket or JAL Group domestic ticketing counter (city/airport).
On your flight date

To continue with your travel plan
- File a Lost Ticket Report Receive the customer copy of your Lost Ticket Report
- Purchase a replacement ticket Replacement tickets can be purchased at any JAL Group domestic ticketing counter, on applicable fares including One-Way Fare, Child Fare or Discount for the Disabled.
- Board your flight Receive the certificate for boarding
- Investigation JAL Domestic Lost Ticket Desk will investigate if any misuse of the reported lost ticket. The investigation normally takes 4 months in addition to the applicable refund period of the original ticket.
