Regarding Special Handling of International Tickets (Due to Typhoon Hagibis)

Due to the approach of Typhoon Hagibis, special handling of international tickets will be taken as follows.
Applicable Tickets
JAL International Tickets (beginning with 131) issued on/before October 9, 2019.
Applicable Flights
JAL operating flights and JAL marketing codeshare flights departing from airports listed on ‘Latest flight news’ page.
Details of Special Handling
For customers who purchased tickets on JAL web site
Tickets can be refunded with no cancellation fee from ‘Manage booking’ on JAL web site until 23:59 on the day before departure.
Customers who are unable to process refund on JAL web site, or request to change reservation, please contact JAL call center.
For customers who purchased tickets on JAL call center or city/airport counter
Please contact JAL call center to change or refund tickets with no charge.
For customers who purchased tickets at other than JAL (such as travel agents)
Please contact the agent where you purchased the tickets.
