Transferring between JMB country/region
- Whenever you move from one JMB country/region to another, we ask that you promptly contact the JMB administration center in your new area of residence (and JALCARD, Inc. if you are a JALCARD Member) to advise us of your address change and take care of the necessary administrative formalities.
- Only one JMB membership number is to be issued to each JMB member. Regardless of whether you move from one country/region to another, you may still use the same number, so there is no need to reapply for membership.

If you are a JMB Card Member and move:

Registered address
- Your "JMB Registered Address" is the address to which the JMB Center will mail your awards, and announcements of changes to rules, etc. A member may have only one JMB registered address, either a home address or a business address.
Please choose an address at which you are sure to receive your mail.
Travel agency addresses are not acceptable.
NOTE THAT ALL CORRESPONDENCE (AWARD TICKETS, UPGRADE AWARDS, ETC.) WILL BE MAILED ONLY TO YOUR REGISTERED JMB ADDRESS.
- *Your registered address must be in Japan if you live in Japan.
- *Your registered address must be in North, Central, or South America (including Hawaii and Guam) if you live in the U.S., Canada, Central & South America, or Guam.
- *Your registered address must be in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa if you live in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
- *Your registered address must be in Asia or Oceania if you live in Asia (excluding Japan) or Oceania.
