• If you are connecting to an international flight on the same day at the same terminal, you should be able to check your baggage through. If you are checking your baggage through, please present the ticket for your connecting flight and your baggage claim tag at the transfers counter.
• If you are connecting to a domestic flight, please retrieve your baggage, clear Customs, and check in at the domestic check-in counter.
• To move between Terminal 3, 2 and 1, please use the Airport Skytrain or Airport Bus. The Airport Skytrain and Bus operate every 15 minutes and are free of charge. Garuda Indonesia domestic flights operate from Terminal 3.
