Terminal 3

For Departing passengers 
Through Access Hall, 3rd floor International Depature Lobby, Boarding Bridge and to each airplane, passengers who use Mono-rail can come from the 3rd floor, who use car Parking 5 from the 2nd floor, who use buses or taxis from the 1st floor and who use trains from the 2nd basement level.
Arriving passengers
After leaving airplane, please go through 2nd floor International Arrival Lobby and Access Hall on the 3rd floor, to use Mono-rail on the 3rd floor, car Parking 5 on the 2nd floor, buses or taxis on the 1st floor and trains on the 2nd basement level.

  • At the 3rd floor Departure area, there are check-in counters, Self Check-in Machines, Smile-support counters, airport information couo nters and elevators.
Once you pass through security and immigration control, there are stairs/elevators to shopping mall on the 4th floor, elevators, First Class lounge on the 4th floor, Sakura Lounge and stairs/escalators Sakura Lounge Sky-view on the 5th floor.

Departure regulations

Check-in

From 06:00 until 60 minutes before departure.

Please present your airline ticket and passport at the JAL counter dedicated to your class (counters F/G/H/I/K).

*Please be aware that your class of service and the check-in counter you use may vary depending on the time.

Security check

Your carry-on baggage will be X-rayed.

  • At the 2nd floor Arrival area, there are immigration screening and baggage claim. Once you pass through customs, there are airport information counters, elevators, Domestic Flight transit counters and TIAT Shower Room.

Quarantine

If you have concerns about your health arising from your stay abroad, please report to the health consultation room or notify a quarantine officer.

Immigration

When leaving the country, please fill in the immigration card stapled to your passport, and present the card and your passport for inspection.
(Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection table. Show your passport and undergo an inspection by an official.
You may be asked questions about your destination and purpose of travel. If you are carrying items exceeding the tax exemption range, proceed to the inspection table with the red light.
All passengers must submit a customs declaration form, regardless of whether they have anything to declare or not.
