In the departures area on the 4th floor, there are check-in counters, group reception counters, security, stairs and escalators to the 3rd floor, toilets (wheelchair accessible), currency exchange offices, an airport information counters, elevators, and counters for the JAL Cell-phone Rental Service (DoCoMo World Counter, QL Liner) and JAL Airport Delivery Service (ABC).

On the 3rd floor, there is customs. Once you pass through immigration control, there are there is an airport information counters, toilets (wheelchair accessible), currency exchange offices, and elevators.

This is collected at ticket issue.

Check-in

Please have your checked baggage X-rayed, and then proceed to departures level 4 to present your airline ticket and passport at the JAL counter dedicated to your class.

Immigration

Please show your completed immigration card, passport, and boarding pass. (Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

In the arrivals area on the 2nd floor, there is quarantine. Once you pass through immigration control, there are toilets (wheelchair accessible), elevators, and stairs and escalators to the 1st floor.

On the 1st floor, there is baggage claim and toilets (wheelchair accessible). Once you pass through customs, there are currency exchange offices, an airport information counters, and toilets (wheelchair accessible).

Customers arriving on flights from Southeast Asia, etc., should submit the health questionnaire handed out on the aircraft.

Immigration

When leaving the country, please fill in the immigration card stapled to your passport, and present the card and your passport for inspection. (Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

Please check the information board to find the baggage carousel for your flight number.

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection table. Show your passport and undergo an inspection by an official. You may be asked questions about your destination and purpose of travel. If you are carrying items exceeding the tax exemption range, proceed to the inspection table with the red light and submit a completed customs declaration form.
