Arrival regulations

Quarantine

Not required when entering the country from Japan.

Immigration

  • Your immigration card will be automatically issued by the official at Immigration. Please sign it and hand it in to the official.
  • There are sticker-type visas (single/double/multiple) that are stuck inside passports, single electronic visas, or document-type visas with photographs attached.
  • Please note that you cannot enter the country by invitation only.
  • IMPORTANT
    • The immigration card returned to you will be required when you exit the country.

Transfer

International → International Terminal D
(Baggage can be checked through)

Please proceed to the transfer counter for international connecting flight and check in there for your next flight. Pass through the border Control, Security check and move down to the departure floor. (3rd floor)
Then proceed to your departure gate.

International →International Terminal EF
(Baggage can be checked through)

Please proceed to the transfer counter for international connecting flight and check in there for your next flight. Pass through the border Control, Security check and move down to the 3rd floor to reach Terminal D departure floor.
Proceed to departure gates of Terminal EF by foot. (Terminal E 10mns, Terminal F 15mns)

International → Domestic Flights
(Baggage can not be checked through)
Please collect your baggage after arrival on your international flight. Proceed to 3rd floor or other domestic check-in lobby.
International → Domestic B
(Baggage can not be checked through)
Please collect your baggage after arrival on your international flight. Leave the baggage at the domestic transit counter and proceed to 3rd floor (departure floor).Take the shuttle train to access to Terminal B. (Shuttle train every 4-5mns, 7mns)

Customs

Documents required
  • Please also make a currency declaration at this time.
  • If you are carrying cash totaling US$10,000 equivalent or more, this must be declared.

Pets

Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Departure regulations

Check-in

  • Check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure.
  • JAL check-in is located at counters 94-98 of the departure lobby, level 3.

Customs

Documents required
  • Passport
  • customs declaration form (required only if you have items to declare)
  • IMPORTANT
    • You must make a declaration when entering the country if you are in possession of items worth $10,000 equivalent or more.

Immigration

  • To carry out immigration checks, please proceed to Passport Control on level 3 of the lobby.
  • Please show your passport, visa, departure card, and boarding pass.
