In the immigration control area of 2st floor, there is immigration control, and stairs/escalators to the 1nd floor. In the 1nd floor, there are baggage claim area and toilets, Once you pass through customs, there are toilets.

Quarantine

Not required when entering the country from Japan.

Immigration

  • Your immigration card will be automatically issued by the official at Immigration. Please sign it and hand it in to the official.
  • Some visas are sticker-type visas (single/double/multiple) that are stuck inside passports, some are document-type visas (multiple) with photographs attached and electronic visas (e-VISA).
  • Please note that you cannot enter the country by invitation only.
  • IMPORTANT
    • The immigration card returned to you will be required when you exit the country.

Transfer

International → International
(Baggage can be checked through)
Please proceed to the second floor from the escalator in front of the immigration control center and check in at the transfer counter.
After checking in for your connecting flight, and going through Passport Control and Security check, please proceed to your departure gate.
  • *If you are transferring to a JAL international flight and your baggage is checked through to your final destination, you may proceed directly to the JAL departure gates if you have your JAL boarding pass.
International → Domestic
(Baggage cannot be checked through)
Please collect your baggage after arrival on your international flight. Leave the baggage claim area and proceed to your left, where you will find the check-in counters.
Domestic → International
(Baggage can be checked through)
After arrival on your domestic flight, please proceed to the check-in counters in the transit area or international departures lobby.
Please check in at the international check-in counters by presenting the baggage stub for the baggage checked through from your domestic flight.
  • *If you are transferring to a JAL international flight and your baggage is checked through to your final destination, you may proceed directly to the JAL departure gates if you have your JAL boarding pass.

Customs

Documents required
  • Please also make a currency declaration at this time.
  • If you are carrying cash totaling US$10,000 equivalent or more, this must be declared.

Pets

Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

  • JAL check-in is located at international check-in counters in the departures lobby, first floor.

Customs

Documents required
  • Passport
  • customs declaration form (required only if you have items to declare)
  • IMPORTANT
    • You must make a declaration when entering the country if you are in possession of items worth $10,000 equivalent or more.

Immigration

  • To carry out immigration checks, please proceed to the third floor of the lobby.
  • Please show your passport, visa, departure card, and boarding pass.
