International Terminal

At the 2nd floor immigration control area, there is immigration control as well as stairs and escalators. In the baggage claim area, there is an airport information counter and return point no. 35 for strollers, sports equipment, and other over-sized luggage. Once you pass through customs, there are toilets (wheelchair accessible), an airport information counters, currency exchange offices, stairs and escalators to domestic flights on the 3rd floor, and a dedicated group exit. You can only proceed to customs once you have presented your declaration to the attendant and been instructed to do so.

Quarantine

There is no quarantine inspection.

Immigration

After arrival, perform the entry and customs procedures at a KIOSK terminal.
Take the receipt produced by the terminal to the counter. Present the receipt with passport to the immigration official.
The immigration official will ask questions such as the purpose and duration of your trip, so please answer in English (or French).

  • IMPORTANT
    • Passengers arriving on JAL flights proceed as follows: Level 3 (gate) → Level 4 (Skywalk) → Level 2 (Immigration / Customs)

Customs

Guests who will only be using the staffed counter(guests using wheelchairs, etc.) must fill out the customs declaration form.

Pets

Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Please also be sure to check with the embassy or quarantine station at your destination for animal quarantine information such as import restrictions and required documentation.

International Terminal

At Terminal 1, there are elevators, check-in counters, E and F counters, and toilets (wheelchair accessible), and Once you pass through security, there are currency exchange offices and the Air France lounge.

Departure regulations

Check-in

Check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure.

Immigration

There is no immigration check when departing Canada.

Other

An in-line security inspection is carried out, so there is no need to queue to have carry-on baggage inspected.
