Criteria Based on Boarding Class

Depending on the cabin class indicated on your boarding pass, you are welcome to use the departure airport lounge service. Since the lounges that you can use and the entry criteria may differ between airports, please check your eligibility in advance.

  • Passengers must be traveling under Japan Airlines' flight number.
  • First class or Business class passengers on Japan Airlines' flight operated by partner carrier are invited to the lounge offered by the Operating carrier. Lounge access may not be available on Premium Economy Class depending on the Operating carrier's service policy. No lounge service for Economy class passengers on codeshare flights operated by partner carrier.
  • Lounge access is subject to availability. When accompanied child is over two years old, a child is counted as one guest.

  • Please click "Lounge service for passengers connecting between international flights and domestic Japan flights." for information on the usage requirements for passengers connecting from an international to domestic flight, or for passengers connecting from a domestic to international flight.
