In charge of JAL Business Class. Born in Kanagawa. After training at Kagurazaka Ishikawa, and being part of the opening of Kohaku, Chef Mishina opened hisrestaurant Ren Mishina in 2009. He moved the restaurant to Ginza in June, 2018. He pursuesJapanese cuisine using seasonal, but simple ingredients.
