Have your baggage delivered to the airport, and earn some JMB miles.
SERVICE OFFERED
JAL offers an airport baggage delivery service at a JAL special discount rate from the address you specify to Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Nagoya, or Sapporo(Shin-chitose) airport. Take advantage of this service and go to the airport without your heavy baggage.
The service is available to/from airports and City Terminal
- Narita Airport (Terminals 1 and 2)
- Tokyo International Airport (Haneda/Terminal 3)
- Kansai International Airport
- Nagoya Airport (International Flight Terminal)
- Sapporo Airport(Shin-chitose/International Terminal2F)

- Both-way Delivery (Specified address to/from Airport)
- Arrival Delivery (Airport to Specified address)
ELIGIBLE PASSENGERS
All passengers on JAL(International route) flight, and the JMB members.
JMB MILEAGE ACCUMULATION
When a JMB member uses the JAL Airport Baggage Delivery Service, 50 MILES per one piece of baggage will be accumulated for one way of baggage delivery. JAL Card member can take advantage of DOUBLE MILEAGE.
- Departure Delivery: JMB Card member 50 miles / JAL Card member 100 miles
- Arrival Delivery: JMB Card member 50 miles / JAL Card member 100 miles
- Both-way Delivery: JMB Card member 100 miles / JAL Card member 200 miles
For mileage accumulation, please show your JMB/JAL card and request for the mileage when you pick up or give your baggage at the specified place. For the both-way delivery service, please request mileage at the departure airport.
- Please note that no mile is added if you do not request the mileage accumulation.

- Above delivery fees are applicable to a piece of baggage under 30 kg, and having a total length of three dimensions (height, width and depth) less than 160 cm. A suitcase, a golf bag and a pair of skis are considered applicable.
- Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Nagoya=Fees differ for delivery from/to Hokkaido and Okinawa areas.
Shin-chitose Airport=Fees differ for delivery from/to except Hokkaido areas.

- The deadlines for the Departure and Both-way delivery services vary depending on the delivery area and the airport. Please call the Reservation Center for details.

- Tokyo Metropolitan 23 wards, Yokohama or Kawasaki: Narita Airport
- Kinki area (Osaka, Kyoto and four prefectures around them): Kansai Airport

When you fly from Narita or Kansai Airport, you can make use of "JAL TEBURA Service" (Japanese only) by which your baggage is sent directly to your destination airport.
