How to Request and Use Awards

On the JAL website

  • *A coupon code will be sent to your JMB registered email address in around one week.

STEP 2Use your award

The email will include a link to the special ordering site for JMB members. After accessing the ordering site, enter your coupon code to claim your JPY3,000 discount.

Exchange Period

Coupon codes are valid until the last day of the sixth month, counting from the month of the award request.

  • *There is no validity period for using the discount once it has been claimed after using the coupon.
