At Hiroshima Airport, construction work will be held due to the change of the layout of the check-in counter from June, 2025.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Customs regulations

Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to the departure, and be at the gate no later than 10 minutes before the departure,or you may not be able to be on board the plane.

2nd Floor

In the domestic flight departure lobby, there are domestic flight check-in counters, post office, cafe, shops, a book store, restaurants, drug shops, cloakroom, ATM, toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), a nursery, telephones, elevators, stairs/escalators, and security check. In the boarding waiting area, there are Sakura Lounge, shops, toiletsand escalators. In the international flight departure lobby, there are information counters, and telephones. In the international flight area, there are international flight check-in counters, and immigration screening.

1st Floor

In the baggage claim area, there are escalators. In the arrival lobby, there are baggege delivery sevice counter, a police station, toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), car rental counters, information counters, baggage lockers, restaurants, elevators, and stairs/escalators. In the international flight area, there are immigration screening, baggage claim, customs, banks, and toilets. You can find buses, taxis, stairs, escalators, and elevators outside.
