[For passengers departing from Oita Airport]
Due to congestion at the security check, you may not be able to arrive at the boarding gate on time and board the flight.
For flights departing after 8:00 a.m., please be sure to arrive at Oita Airport 90 minutes before your departure time and proceed to security as soon as possible after completing all necessary procedures.

Check-in for Jetstar Japan (GK) codeshare flight is available at GK check-in counter from 2hours before the departure and closed at 30 minutes before departure.

Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to the departure, and be at the gate no later than 10 minutes before the departure,or you may not be able to be on board the plane.
