JAL Touch & Go boarding

This service allows you to proceed straight to the security checkpoint if you have completed booking, purchase and seat selection. You do not need to check in beforehand.

How to Use This Service

3 simple steps to board domestic flight

Please bring either 2D barcode, IC-enabled card, or mobile phone.

To ensure a smooth boarding

If you are traveling with family or other companions, each traveler must bring his or her own 2D barcode, IC-enabled card, or mobile phone.

Because using the screen at the security checkpoint can take time, we recommend preparing your ID (e.g. smartphones for adults and pre-printed 2D barcodes for companions (children)) in advance.

You may use JAL IC function for boarding if the membership number has been registered to booking in advance.

Attention

When using a 2D barcode on a mobile device, it may not be possible to read the barcode if the backlight is off or the screen has a protective seal on it.
For smoother scanning, please ensure no fold over the 2D barcode (e-ticket itinerary/receipt) on the printout.

By using self-service check-in kiosk and Self Baggage Drop, you can check-in your baggage smoothly.

How to use Self baggage Drop(SBD)

Second,Security checkpoint

Scan your 2D barcode or tap your IC card (JMB card/JALCARD) over the reader at the security checkpoint to receive the Boarding Information Slip.This item must be under the name of the relevant individual.

You will be checked in upon scanning the relevant item.

Please keep your security certificate in a safe place until you have reached your destination.

Attention

Even if you have completed your reservation, you may be unable to board your flight if you do not come to the boarding gate at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

Security Check

To re-enter the security checkpoint, please present the Boarding Information Slip that you received upon your first security check.
For passenger traveling with an infant under the age of 3, the Boarding Information Slip printed out at the security checkpoint reader will contain a 2D barcode for the infant.Please scan the 2D barcode for the infant over the reader at boarding gate.
Passengers who arrive at the security checkpoint less than 20 minutes before departure time will not be able to board the flight.(During holidays, congestion is expected at airport. Please pass through the Security checkpoint at least 30 minutes before departure.)

Second,Boarding gate

At the gate, please scan the same form of ID you scanned at the security checkpoint (e.g. two-dimensional barcode, IC card).
