Fee Changes Resulting from Change in Consumption Tax Rate

  1. The refund fee for tickets purchased on or before September 30, 2019 will be ¥430.

Cancellation/Refund Fees for Tickets Purchased On/Before September 30, 2019 (before consumption tax rate increase)

  1. The refund fee is ¥430.
  2. The cancellation fee is equal to the total charge minus the ¥430 refund fee.

Cancellation/Refund Fees for Tickets Purchased On/Before September 30, 2019 (before consumption tax rate increase)

  1. The refund fee is ¥430. (¥215 per segment)
  2. The cancellation fee is equal to the total charge minus the ¥430 (¥215 per segment) refund fee.

    • The case that you change the ticket purchased before Feburuary 28, which is unused in all sections, after March 1, 2022.
  2. The following tickets with the boarding date on / after March 27, 2022 will be applicable.
    • Tickets purchased after Tuesday, March 1, 2022
    • The case that you change the ticket purchased before February 28, which is unused in all sections, after March 1, 2022.
  3. The following tickets with the boarding date on / after October 30, 2022 will be applicable.
    • Tickets purchased after Sunday, October 30, 2022
    • The case that you change the ticket purchased before October 29, which is unused in all sections, after October 30, 2022.
  4. The following tickets with the boarding date on / after January 20, 2023 will be applicable.
    • Tickets purchased after Friday, January 20, 2023
    • The case that you change the ticket purchased before January 19, which is unused in all sections, after January 20, 2023.
  5. The following tickets with the boarding date on / after March 23, 2023 will be applicable.
    • Tickets purchased after Thursday, March 23, 2023
    • The case that you change the ticket purchased before March 22, which is unused in all sections, after March 23, 2023.
  • Entering a fare type or amount that does not exist may cause the incorrect cancellation fee to be displayed.
