How to use an ATM
Instructions
- Touch "Payment of Taxes and Fees"
- Enter "58023" for the collection agency number and touch “Confirm”
- Enter your 11 digit customer number* and touch “Confirm”
*Must be acquired in advance via the JAL website. - Enter "5971" and touch “Confirm”
- The booking details will appear. Review the details and touch “Confirm”
- Select a payment method (cash or cash card)
- Cash: Insert cash into the slot
Cash card: Insert your card and enter your PIN - Payment is complete. Take the payment slip to complete the transaction.
- The payment number will have printed on their payment slip.
Button names and procedures may differ depending on your financial institution. Please follow the ATM’s onscreen instructions.
