Bookings can be viewed on the JAL website until 2 days after the departure date of the final segment of the itinerary.
Before you view your booking
You can confirm your reservation below.
Bookings that cannot be viewed online
In the following cases, reservations cannot be viewed online. You may contact JAL Contact Center for further assistance.
- Reservations involving 7 or more flights
- Reservations that include international flights
- Reservations for group travel or tour packages*1
- Reservations under a different JALCARD or JMB card name*2
- Please contact the travel agent directly for details.
- For JALCARD or JMB member whose registered name has changed after the reservation was made, please view your flight reservation as a "Non-JMB member".
