Change of telephone number for inquiries (Last Updated March 10, 2025)
Thank you for always flying with Japan Airlines.
Due to the replacement of the telephone infrastructure system, some telephone numbers for Domestic/International inquiries will be changed or discontinued.
In addition, the telephone numbers for inquiries in overseas areas will also be changed except for some areas.

JMB Membership Number and Password Authentication will be required for FLY ON Status Members and JGC Members Only inquiries for Domestic/International in Japan Region
With the renewal of the telephone infrastructure, each FLY ON status Members and JGC Members will be required to authenticate their JMB Membership Number and password in order to ensure smoothly access to the dedicated contact point.

- Member authentication is confirmed by JMB Membership Number and telephone password (6-digits).
If the member is not authenticated due to multiple password errors, the system will disconnect after an announcement is made to confirm the password for telephone calls on the JAL website or to contact the general customer service desk for reservations, inquiries, etc.
