Your passport will be returned after it has been stamped with an arrivals stamp, and your arrival card will be retained by the official.

If you are carrying or are in possession of items to declare, please fill out a customs declaration form and present it to a customs official at the red tax counter. It is not necessary to record the details for passengers under 16 who are accompanied by an adult.
It is not necessary to complete a customs declaration form if you have no items to declare. Please proceed to the green tax exempt counter.

Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Check-in opens from 3 hours to 1 hour before departure time.

Check-in for flight JL88 is handled at counter P20～25 at Terminal 2.
Please note that check-in for code share flights with China Southern Airlines (CZ) is handled at Island [K/M].

Please show your passport and boarding pass. Your passport will be stamped with a departure stamp.
