Please use the self check-in machines and the self-baggage drop machines located on the Departure Level on the 4th floor.
*Customers who would like assistance or are unable to use the self-baggage drop machines, please visit the Assistance counter.

From 3 hours before departure time
Check-in (boarding pass and baggage tag) is available at the self check-in kiosks on the 4th departure floor, and baggage drop is available at the Self Baggage Drop kiosks on E-island.
* Passengers who are unable to use the Self Baggage Drop machines can check in their baggage at the Assistance counter.
* Open time and location of Check-in Counter would be changed depending on the flight status.

Check-in for codeshare flights (flight numbers 5-7000) is at the check-in counter for the operating airline. For more details,

Security Check

After going through the departure gate, your carry-on baggage will be X-rayed.

Immigration

Please go down to level 3 and show your completed immigration card, passport, and boarding pass to the immigration officer. (Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

If you have concerns about your health arising from your stay abroad, please report to the health consultation room or notify a quarantine officer.

Immigration

When leaving the country, please fill in the immigration card stapled to your passport, and present the card and your passport for inspection. (Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

Baggage Claim

Please check the information board to find the baggage carousel for your flight number.

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection table. Show your passport and undergo an inspection by an official. You may be asked questions about your destination and purpose of travel. If you are carrying items exceeding the tax exemption range, proceed to the inspection table with the red light.
All passengers must submit a customs declaration form, regardless of whether they have anything to declare or not.

Transfers

Transfers from international to domestic flights

After arrival on an international flight, passengers transferring to Haneda or other domestic flights should retrieve all of their baggage, proceed through Customs, and then check in at the domestic check-in counters. Please be aware that baggage is not checked through to the final domestic destination.

Transfers from domestic to international flights

If your seat allocation is complete and your baggage has already been checked through, please proceed directly through Immigration to your departure gate. If you have only checked your baggage through, please complete check-in procedures for your connecting flight at the transfers check-in counter on level 4. If your seat allocation is not complete and you have not checked your baggage through, please complete check-in procedures for your connecting flight at the transfers check-in counter on level 4.
