Baggage Returning orders

From September 2nd, 2019, JAL group will reterun your checked baggage in order as below.

  • Depending on the situation, the order may change.

STEP1

We will return the baggage with FIRST tag.

STEP2

We will return the baggage with PRIORITY tag.

STEP3

We will return the baggage with EXPRESS tag.

  • For JAL group domestic flight, EXPRESS tag will be provided only for JMXM passengers traveling with Class J seat.

STEP4

We will return the baggage without any tags.

  • Depending on the service, the type of tag will be changed.
  • Priority Baggage Service may not be available when baggage is checked through to/from flights operated by other airlines.
  • Some restrictions may apply when flying on charter flights or codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
