Please search flight information at "Flight Delay / Cancellation / Diversion Information", and click flight number to display certificate.
- Remarks is blank for canceled / delayed flights due to the Coronavirus.
- Eligible flight: JAL International flights (Not eligible for Code share flights operated by other airlines)
- Searchable date: From 3 days before the boarding date to 1 year after the boarding date
- Note: If a delay of more than 24 hours occurs, the delay time will not be reflected correctly. Certificate issuance is available at the following.
