Reservations and purchases
To take Jetstar Japan codeshare flights, you're required to be connecting to or from JAL international flights, and whole itinerary must be purchased on one ticket.
Reservations and purchases are available on the JAL home page, JAL mobile site and through the JAL international reservation center. (Also available through travel agents.)
Advance seat selection
Only window / aisle preference can be selected. (Free of charge)
Unaccompanied children
Children under 12 (0-11 years old) is not allowed to travel without a companion.

You may be required to submit a medical documentation.

Disabled, sick or injured passengers who require assistance are requested to contact JAL's Special Assistance Desk after making a reservation.
At the airport
Check-in
Check-in is available from 2 hours before departure until 30 minutes prior to departure.
Check-in at JAL/Jetstar Japan Domestic Transit Counter within arrival floor of Narita International Airport Terminal 2 is available until 1 hour prior to departure.)
Domestic QuiC (JAL touch & go service) is not available, instead you will have an option to check-in by International Online Check-in.
Transfers from domestic flight to international flight
For the domestic flight, please check-in at the Jetstar Japan check-in counter.
- Priority check-in counter is not available for First class, Business class or JAL Global club members. For the international flight, please check-in at the JAL international check-in counter at transit airport. (Narita Airport, Kansai Airport, Chubu Centrair Airport)
- Baggage will be checked to your final destination in case of connection to JAL operated International flight.
Transfers from international flight to domestic flight
For the domestic flight, please check-in at the Jetstar Japan check-in counter at transit airport. (Narita Airport, Kansai Airport, Chubu Centrair Airport)
- Checked baggage must be picked up and re-checked at the transit airport.
- The priority baggage service is not available on domestic flights.

Checked baggage
- The free baggage allowance for the international flight applies for the domestic flight as well.
- Pets are unable to be accepted.
- One piece of baggage weighing more than 32 kg (70 lbs.) will not be accepted as checked baggage.
Lounge
Notice
Lounge service at Narita International Airport is discountinued due to Jetstar Japan's operational shift into Terminal 3.
We apologize any inconvenience caused.
You can enjoy the lounge service on the same conditions as for JAL international and domestic flight connections.
JAL lounges are available at Chubu Centrair Airport, Kansai Airport, New Chitose Airport, Fukuoka Airport, Matsuyama Airport, Kagoshima Airport and Naha Airport.
Boarding
Priority boarding is not available for Diamond / JGC Premier / oneworld Emerald members.

Only Jetstar Japan cabin crew will be on board.
Drinks / other services
Provided in accordance with Jetstar Japan's standards (Drinks are provided for a fee)
Services for babies and children
Baby bassinets, diapers and child seats are not provided.

- Bookings made and boarded under a JAL flight number are eligible for JMB flight miles and JMB FLYON points.
- JMB members may apply for the partner airlines award ticket under a Jetstar Japan flight number.
- JAL Group domestic award tickets cannot be used.
