Regarding Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation from the My Page on the RakuNori Rent-a-Car website up to 3 days before the usage date. If you need to cancel after that, please contact the reservation store by phone. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- Up to 7 days before the start date: Free
- 6 to 3 days before the start date: 20% of the basic fee
- 2 days to the day before the start date: 30% of the basic fee
- On the start date: 50% of the basic fee
